Book Now to See the Added Benefits of Dry Needling and Rocktape to your Remedial Massage Treatments.

What is Dry Needling? Dry needling is a form of therapy in which fine acupuncture needles are inserted into areas of tension in muscular tissue or near nerves in order to stimulate a healing response. Dry Needling is a modern, science-based treatment for pain and dysfunction in musculoskeletal conditions such as neck pain, shoulder pain, shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, knee pain, shin splints, plantar fasciitis or low back pain.

What is Rocktape? Rocktape is a kinesiology tape that is used to help treat common injuries (like shin splints, ITB pain etc.) and can also help correct postural imbalances by helping you re-train muscle memory.  It is also great for decompressing areas of swelling and inflammation. Rocktape can be applied within a treatment and also be purchased as it is easy to use at home.
